If the Gladstones letter tells you to pay DRP, then it's not Gladstones letter, it's a DRP letter using a Gladstones letterhead!

You know from reading the NEWBIES thread now, how successful that is.
Read the link there to 'Successful complaints about PPCs', an entire thread dedicated to the subject of complaining to the landowner.
Even if they decline to cancel (and REALLY PUSH!) just ignore Smart/DRP letters.
Not a single person here pays Smart Parking (except for small tariffs in PDT car parks).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
