Terms and Conditions

1. Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be awarded. The Grand Prize includes seven (7) nights accommodation in a standard hotel room in Whistler (double occupancy); one (1) $100 gift certificate to a restaurant located in Whistler; two (2) 6-day lift ticket for Whistler Blackcomb; round-trip bus transfer between Vancouver International Airport and Whistler for the winner and his/her guest. Estimated retail value of $2,480 CAD. Grand Prize must be fully redeemed by April 20, 2008. Grand Prize is subject to availability, dependent on dates selected. Accommodation and restaurant to be selected by Tourism Whistler. Any portion of the Grand Prize not accepted or redeemed by a winner will be forfeited. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Hotel accommodation is subject to change and availability without notice or compensation. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from Whistler, BC, Canada. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas if applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its/their sole discretion failing which the Grand Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure.
2. Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prize is unavailable. No change in travel arrangements can be made by the winner once the booking has been confirmed.

Page loaded fine for me. Submitting the entry was a bit slow but it worked nonetheless.

Had a quick look at BA's website. Flights for the first week of April 2008 cost £530 per person....

So whoever wins this will have to get themselves to Vancouver to enjoy the prize. I'm sure there are many other companies flying from UK to Vancouver though.
