HL SIPP Tax relief

I've changed the fund choice for my regular SIPP contribution. I can't remember if there is an option to change the investment option for the tax relief. The last two tax relief contributions have been invested in the same fund I originally selected but I can't tell if that's because they get allocated as per the investment that that tax relief relates to or whether I've missed the setting for tax relief?
I expect I'm missing an obvious setting somewhere.; Any help appreciated.

I haven't changed monthly contribution recently but the site does state that tax relief will be invested in the same fund(s) as the associated contribution.
It can take up to 10 weeks for the tax relief for a particular contribution to come through so may account for it.
Tax relief on a contribution/investment made on the 7th/10th July will not have appeared until late September.
The cut off date for receiving tax relief the following month is the 5th so by making the direct debit withdrawal on the 7th HL are extending the wait for tax relief to the maximum.0
