Prize-winners must agree that (unless applicable law requires otherwise) any right that you have under applicable law to amend your prize holiday ends when the booking has been confirmed. The Prize: A six-night holiday for two including flights, hotels, car hire and an escorted kayaking tour of Antelope Canyon. a. All named drivers must be over 25 years of age and will need a current, valid Driver’s Licence, held for a minimum of one year and any necessary international driver’s permits. If the winner is under the age of 25, they will not be entitled to the car hire element, unless they take another person who is over the age of 25. This is due to the car hire company’s rules and regulations. Transfers/alternative transportation will not be supplied if all members of the prize winners’ party are under the age of 25.
b. The holiday must be taken between 31st October 2018 and 30th October 2019
c. The holiday must be booked at least two months in advance to the outbound departure date
d. The prize must be booked through tour operator America As You Like It. Route, overnight locations and hotels can be changed by the prize winner to other Arizona locations in the America As You Like It portfolio, providing the prize value does not exceed £3,000. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
e. It is the winners’ responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and visas and are legally entitled to travel to the USA.
f. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of Hertz, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
9. Winners are responsible for arranging their own travel unless stated otherwise.
10. Prize is non-transferable. Once the prize has been arranged, no date changes are permitted, and no cash alternative is available.
11. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking in the prize.

13. Closing date for entries is midnight, 4th November 2018.
