[QUOTE=Coupon-
mad;74861679]Oh good, I hope your local Court is Manchester? Their Judges get the PPC
No it's Northampton
What do you think the breach was? Permit car park, not authorised?[/QUOTE][/QUOTEbe
It could be one of three reasons.I am a blue badge holder and I
A - Forgot to place my blue badge on dashboard
B- Went over my time limit on blue badge
C- parking was only for Manchester Aquatics0 -
Are you really saying your local court is Northampton?

Or are you perhaps telling us that your Claim Form came from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton?0 -
You do realise you don't travel to Northampton (unless that's your local court)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The Aquatics Centre appears to be an NCP Pay & Display. Did the driver park there without paying thinking the BB allowed them (BB Holder/Driver) to park for free?
Or is it a different one from the NCP one?
https://www.ncp.co.uk/find-a-car-park/car-parks/manchester-aquatic-centre-jv/
Who is the Claimant? Is it NCP?
As an aside, I think the DVLA SAR may be of use in this one and a few others. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thanks everyone, sorry yes it is a claim from Northampton, and I don't have to travel to Northampton,I am completing my defence online.
The claimant is Uk parking patrol office ltd, from what I remember it was free for bb holders
I have requested a Sar from UkPPC Sunday night0 -
what I remember it was free for bb holders
You'll need a copy of the sign for that so come back when you have a reply. You should also try to get your own pic if you can as they sometimes make the "mistake" of sending a copy of a sign that was not there. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. By email, not on MCOL.I don't have to travel to Northampton,I am completing my defence online.
But there will be a hearing at your local court of course, defence is just the start and is not your only task.
Please see the NEWBIES thread, you don't seem to be familiar with what happens when and your comment above sounded like you didn't know that a court claim leads to a local hearing for an individual Defendant (and we usually see some 99% wins for posters)..PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

]Hi received email from UKPPO and attached some information, but in email they have also stated "i believe,as matter was passed into Debt recovery Plus Ltd,that they may hold personal information pertaining to you"
Do i need to request a SAR from these as well, from attached information UKPPO have provided me with images of parking charge etc, didn't give much me to go off
Also trying to figure how too attached the information from the email to this thread0 -
From what information UKPPO have,is no images have been sent.
Only information which I see is
"Appeal 12.02
Rejected 12.02
IAS APPEAL
Lost 22/03"
Which none of i can remember.
I have requested a SAR from DRP to see what information they have.Am I right thinking if they do not come back with any images of parking charge I can build my defence insufficient evidence0
