has anyone applied for a Sainsbury's credit card recently?

I did on Thursday and it said my application had been accepted and they were giving my a credit limit of £6500, however I got distracted by a phone call and the website timed out, and I never got a confirmation email or any email from them. Is this normal or should I reapply?
