Overdraft default and statute barred date?

With overdrafts, it would be from when they officially recalled the overdraft, as that would constitute the cause of action in this case. I believe that date would be 26th October 2012. I have a statement dated 26th October showing an overdraft arrangement, and then another dated November 1st 2012 with no overdraft limit.0

Actually I will correct that.
Statement dated 26th October 2012 shows last unplanned overdraft fee was charged on 1st October. Meaning that it was withdrawn and passed to collections at that point I think0
