Confused. CCJ/debt missing from credit report.

Hi.
Can anyone help me solve this please.
My husband had a CCJ issued in May 2007 for a single large loan. He was ordered to pay £5 per month, DD was set up and never missed a payment, and over the years it has been paid.
Now we have just ordered a credit report online and CCJ is not on there (expected) but neither is the debt (not expected).
He's still paying it at the same rate of £5 per month. Do we need to continue paying the debt?
Thanks for any help.

He owes the money so should carry on, is he prepared for the repercussions if he stops paying ?0

It may be 6 years on so the debt has gone from the credit agencies but you have got a CCJ against you and have continued paying the debt showing it's acknowledged, stop paying and you will end up with a lot more debt problems
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

The CCJ falls off the credit report after six years whether paid or not. The debt still exists so continue paying, it is just no longer showing due to the passage of six years. perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.0
