Where can I upload a document to read only & not download, so I have option it cannot be downloaded ?
Can you do this on Google Docs ?
Prefer that I can just upload Word document and not allow downloads.

Err, if you cant download the document what is the point in having it stored on Google docs or anywhere else on the Net? What are you trying to achieve?0

Convert to PDF before upload. It will not stop download but will make amending it harder, if that is what you are trying to achieve
If you want read only, then make it a jpg or some other image format. Still downloadable but amending would be a right painGardener’s pest is chef’s escargot0 -
If someone can see it in their browser they have downloaded it and it's in their computer memory. So what you're asking is pretty much unachievable. It would be very difficult to disable screen grabbing abilities at the operating system level.
You can however use software such as Safeguard to have some control over what happens once it's been downloaded, such as setting the number of views or an expiry date.
Also note that if this is for commercial purposes then access control software may make the document inacessible to people using assistive technology such as screen readers, so be in breach of the Equality Act.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

I thought maybe Google Docs or other upload site had option to just view but not download.0
