    Yep, call their bluff. State that unless progress is made and you see commitment towards moving the purchase forward you will be placing the property back on the market and instructing the agent to seek offers from more proceedable parties. You'll then know if they do want it or not because that would make most committed buyers pull their fingers out.

    Indemnity insurance is usually a total and utter waste of time.

    I spoke with the estate agent today and he said they felt pressured He told them unless they started sorting things out I’d put it back on the market Monday so let’s see what happens, thanks for all the advice and support I really appreciate it.

    I agree with others here, I think you should ask the EA to put your house back up for sale.

    Take back a little control here and I think you will feel a little bit better.

    They want an electrician round, and you are still waiting a month on? They don't come across as serious to me I'm sorry to say.
