E.On - Changes Following Death of Account Holder

Hi everyone,
I have managed to catch up with Mrs Neighbour about this now.
They hadn’t switched to a new tariff before Mr Neighbour passed away; it was something they were looking into when he was taken ill.
Mrs Neighbour has received 6 letters from E.On today but not opened them yet; some are addressed to Mr Neighbour’s executor and some to her so I imagine it will just confirm the details discussed for both accounts.
With so much to sort Mrs Neighbour has decided to wait and look at other options after the funeral. She understands that their existing tariff wasn’t available with the account name change but she is disappointed that the team put her on the standard tariff. This seems a reasonable train of thought as one would expect other options to be cheaper that the standard one.
