Mortgage application

I’m looking to put in a mortgage application with my partner in around 7-12 months time. My credit is reasonablaly good now but was bad in the past. I have a credit card credit limit is 2400 and I pay off in full every month.

I have one CCJ dated 2015 - satisfied March 2018 (didn’t know about it until then)
Late payment 2014
Late payment 2016

Late payment 2018 - this was with very annoyingly for 5 pounds

What are the chances of me getting a mortgage with this history ? My partners credit file is clean

Comments

  • With a repeated pattern of late payments, you'll need a broker skilled in adverse credit.

If you have a large enough deposit then you may have options, albeit probably not at market leading rates.
  • Were looking at the help to buy scheme hopefully so would have in theory have 25% deposit
