Need to hire MPV for 5 days in December

Can anyone help with tips on getting a discount on hiring an MPV for 5 days - I have my sons christening beginning of december and with friends and relatives coming from all over, I need something bigger than my tiny fiat to carry them all. Any help really appreciated.
