Hi All
Wasn't sure if this is one for motoring or tech, but here goes - please feel free to move if necessary.
I have the AA App on iPhone, but it is for my mothers account.
I've recently joined and would like to get my own account showing, but it is appears to be quite difficult.
I have deleted history and cookies, removed and re-installed the app, but it still shows the original account (mother's).
Any ideas how to get my own account showing?
TIA

How did you clear cookies on an app?
App doesn't have cookies browsers do.
You may need to clear the cache or simply logout.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Hi forgotmyname - thanks for the reply.
I used the instructions from this Apple support page to clear cookies from the phone - not the app.
I've cleared the cache, deleted the app and re-installed it, but it still opens using the details from the other account.

This will have nothing to do with Apple and all to do with how the AA have designed their app.
I downloaded the App to see what the user interface is like but unfortunately it requires too much info from me to log in so I can't see what the UI is like after log in.
You will either have to contact the AA or find someone else with the AA app. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
