Has anyone used this company to book with please

Hi guys as the title says really!
We are looking to book a holiday in Cornwall for next year and have found a lovely place that ticks all our boxes (and more)it is advertised on Canine cottages but when you go to book it diverts to another site holidaycottages . Co .uk
Has anyone used them before? Reviews on the net differ greatly about the agents. I was going to take out insurance as well but after reading the terms its not what I’m after. I’m looking for something to cover us if the company go into liquidation .
Or can anyone recommend a reputable company to use please.
There is 4 adults , 1 almost adult and 2 dogs .
We are looking for a cottage with an enclosed garden, a hot tub would be a lovely bonus.
