I would be most grateful for your help.
I wanted to find out what the rules&Regs/policies are for DFGs.
For example how is it decided by Govt. how much a borough/town gets allocated in the yearly budget.
If the money has 'run out' for that year does this create a stagnant queue waiting for next years budget allocation.
It is policy I am interested in and process really.
Many thanks to anyone that can give me thoughts.
