Hi folks,
I use Hotpoint Shield VPN sometimes and I find it creates all sort of security alerts when using Outlook as they think I am signing in from somewhere else.
I suppose there is no way around this, other than to use the right IP address when signing in to Outlook and other email.

Not using a VPN for accessing mail specifically, just happen to have it on when I browse some websites, but didn't realise that it's not really a good idea to access email while VPN is on.0

I use a VPN most of the time, no issue with GMail.0
