Creation Everyday Card Rate Increases.

Both myself and my partner have Ceation Everyday credit cards to use abroad for the 0% forex. Weve both had letters saying they are increasing their interest rate from 12.9% to 19.9%. Whilst this doesn’t affect me as I never carry a balance it’s a huge increase. It’s quite shocking. I feel like closing the card on principle. It was marketed as a low rate card, I feel for customers who carry a balance as their going to pay significantly more interest.

Did you forget to mention that the letter also says the rate increase can be rejected and any existing balance paid at the old rate.....obviously the card can no longer be used.
