Paddington 24/7 S4 Competition – Additional T&Cs

Competition closes at midday on 31.01.2019 and 3 working days later for postal entries.
1) The prize comprises:

• Standard class rail travel for two from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to London, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights to London and transfers to the hotel in London;
• Private transfer for two from inbound train station in London to hotel;
• One (1) nights’ hotel accommodation (4* minimum) for two within walking distance of Paddington Station, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a twin/double room on a bed and breakfast basis;
• Pullman dining experience for two in first class on board Great Western Railway’s Intercity Express Train from Paddington Station to Plymouth. Services include:
  1. Access for two to the GWR First Class lounge at Paddington Station on the day of departure;
  2. Fine dining three course lunch on board the train
• Return private transfers for two from Plymouth Station to The Horn of Plenty;
• Three (3) nights’ accommodation for two at The Horn of Plenty, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a double/twin room on a bed and breakfast basis;
• Dinner for two on all three nights at The Horn of Plenty (excludes drinks);
• First-class rail travel for two from Plymouth to the UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address; and
• £500 spending money for the prize winner only.

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize must be taken within 12 months of the congratulations e-mail from Element being sent. The prize cannot be taken between 19th December 2018 and 4th January 2019, over UK Bank Holidays (19th April 2019; 22nd April 2019; 6th & 27th May 2019; 26th August 2019) or Saturday nights. The Pullman dining car does not operate during weekends.
4) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the property for security deposit purposes.
5) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines
6) The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
10) A cheque for the £500 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
