1)The prize comprises:

• Return economy class flights for two to San Jose del Cabo, Mexico from the prize provider’s choice of airport in London;
• Return airport transfers for two between San Jose del Cabo Airport and Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas;
• Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for two at Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a double/twin room, on an all-inclusive board basis (subject to availability). All-inclusive includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks – national and international brands;
• Travel insurance;
• And £5,000 spending money.
• The following x2 (one each per winner and winners travel guest): Apple IPad, Bose Speaker, Inflatable pool toy, Kindle Paperwhite, Kitvision Action Cam, Poloroid Camera, Rayban Aviators, Samsonite suitcase

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations e-mail from Element and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize must be taken and completed within 12 months of the congratulations email from Element being sent. The trip cannot be taken over any UK Bank Holidays (6 & 27 May 2019, 26 August 2019), Christmas & New Year (19 December 2018 to 3 January 2019), Easter weekend (19 April to 22 April 2019) or between 1 July 2018/2019 and 31 August 2018/2019. The prize and its components are subject to availability.
4) Flights are indirect and the routing will be determined by the prize provider.
5) The prize winner and their companion must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Mexico. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companion. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.
6) The prize winner and their companion must depart and return to the same UK airport.
7) Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 69 years.
8) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotels for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in Mexico. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.
9) The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
10) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
11) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
12) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
13) Video footage and images provided by RIU Hotels & Resorts.
14) A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
