Thanks poppy I thought it would help as it’s made my mental health worse, my medication has been upped because of it. I don’t leave the house due to anxiety and paranoia. Can only leave when I have a hospital appointment and then my mum and dad have to come with me. The car doors have to be locked they can’t have the windows open. I need to feel secure in the car. Also with this I can’t even enter a room if my dad has his laptop open and I’m paranoid someone has hacked the camera and is watching.0
