Window problem in house I'm buying

Hi all,

The house that I'm buying has a problem with the glazing in one of the small windows in the kitchen.

The survey said this:
There is evidence of failed seals to the glazed unit to the kitchen window.

Does anyone have a rough idea of how much this would cost to fix please?

TIA! :o

If the selas have gone and you have condensation in the unit, it's a new glazed unit. Not that expensive although it will depend on the size...

Very little compared to the price of the house! £100ish depending on size & where you are.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.
  • £50 - £100 for a new sealed unit. Same again for fitting if you can't do it yourself. Instructions on youtube.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
  • Oh great, thanks everyone! That's much less than I was expecting :D
