If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Maldives Holiday
This element of the First Prize includes nine (9) nights all-inclusive stay at the JA Manafaru for the First Prize Winner and the Companions:

· Nine (9) nights all-inclusive accommodation in a two bedroom water villa with a private pool at JA Manafaru in the Maldives for the Winner and 3 Companions;
· Complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner (at all island restaurants and bars, except The Cellar) including all soft drinks, coffee and local water for each day of the stay for the Winner and the Companions. This includes alcoholic house beverages (house-pouring spirits, wines and beer).
· 1 x Teppanyaki experience for winner and guests at the White Orchid restaurant.
· Complimentary WiFi and selected daily newspaper;
· Complimentary villa bicycles and sea-view gym access;
· Complimentary room service, air conditioning and private safe;
· Complimentary stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing, windsurfing and catamaran sailing activities;
· Complimentary airport return transfer from Mal! International Airport (including seaplane transfer) to JA Manafaru; and
o For the avoidance of doubt, each Winner and their respective Companions shall travel at the same time and on the same routing.

Please note that this element of the First Prize has the following restrictions:
· All accommodation must be booked a minimum of 30 days prior to travel and is subject to availability;
· The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used against another holiday, hotel or airline;
· Premium drinks, chef specials and all other activities not listed above are excluded.
· The blackout dates unavailable for the stay are: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, 14 February, Chinese New Year, Easter weekend (18th – 22nd April 2019) and Eid-Al-Fitr. Other dates are subject to availability.
· The Winner and the Companions must stay at JA Manafaru on the same dates and arrive and depart on the same dates.
· Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
· Travel insurance, any airport fees and taxes are not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the Winner and the Companions to ensure they have travel insurance cover, valid passports, visas and inoculations prior to their journey.
· Any and all UK transfers to and from the UK departure airport.

Please note that the Winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

Return Flights
This element of the First Prize includes return flights for the First Prize Winner and 3 companions (the “Companions”):

· Four (4) economy return flights from either London Heathrow Airport or London Gatwick Airport (airport to be nominated at the discretion of the Prize Provider) to Mal! International Airport, the Maldives.

For the avoidance of doubt, each Winner and their respective Companions shall travel at the same time and on the same routing.

For this element of the First Prize please note that:

· The Prize must be booked a minimum of 30 days prior to travel and is subject to availability;
· The Prize must be taken within one year of being contacted as the Winner;
· The blackout dates unavailable for the stay are: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, 14 February, Chinese New Year, Easter weekend (18th – 22nd April 2019) and Eid-Al-Fitr. Other dates are subject to availability.
· The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used against another holiday, hotel or airline;
· UK transfers from the Winner and the Companion’s home to the departure airport are not included;
· Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions;
· Travel insurance, any airport fees and taxes are not included in the Prize. It is the responsibility of the Winner and the Companions to ensure they have travel insurance cover, valid passports, visas and inoculations prior to their journey; and
· Once flight tickets are issued, no changes can be made to the booking and no routing changes are permitted.
