With thanks to various other ebay forums and Hot deals:
Starting at 10am, you can get 10% off on UK eBay across everything not just selected stores. It runs for 10 hours until 8pm. The code is PAYDAY- minimum spend is £20 and maximum discount is £50 - you can use it once on your eBay account.

If anyone tries this can they report back to say whether it works or not, thank you
If ti does work spread the message far and wide as it may benefit some sellers on here.

I can't see how it could work with cash as ebay give the discount, not the seller. Looking at the t and Cs cash on collection is not included on the offer anyway. It only seems to work (when I just tried) when paying with credit/debit card via Ebay. It didn't work with Paypal.

I've just used it to buy a whole load of packing boxes and tape, used paypal with no issues at all.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. That's odd. It wouldn't let me input the code unless I paid with a credit card. Probably a glitch my end then.
With eBay so glitchy I would still suspect it is them , probably just decided not to allow you to use PayPal for some convoluted reason.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Worked for me no problem. Used my nectar points & this code to get £20 Love2Shop vouchers for £4 something. Got an Iceland Food Warehouse round the corner so that will be a good few meals
Also went through the Boom25 site but not sure it'll track with using the code & points. Not expecting it to so if it does it's a bonus.
