Confused about pip payments

I went for my Pip assessment ( change over from dla) on 21st August, I was awarded enhanced on both care and mobility from 28th Oct, my DLA is due on 10th Oct so how will it work? Will I get part payment of DLA and on 28th Oct get 4 weeks pip plus the 2 weeks DLA that I didn't get on the 10th Oct?

It's not the 10th Oct yet. You will receive 1 last DLA payment and then your PIP will start 3-4 weeks after the DLA ends. As you transferred from DLA your PIP will not be backdated.
