E.ON app and website

I moved into my flat a month ago and decided to stay with E.ON as they were the previous supplier, a month later and the website and app are driving me slowly insane. It seems like every single time I go on to the website there is some sort of technical issue and nothing works, or it does work but is so slow I usually give up. I got the app thinking it would be better and it takes so long to load my balances, a few days ago I topped up my electricity meter and it took 9 hours to credit it to my balance.


Is it just me? is it like this for anyone else? I am thinking of changing suppliers anyway because of other issues, can anyone recommend utilita?

    I'm sorry that you've had some problems with the website and the app. I do understand the app can be slow when showing your balance and it's something that Malc and I do feedback about.


    We've had a few updates for the full website recently, but we've had them overnight to reduce the impact.


    I've just logged in to my online account and all is ok.


    Do you get any specific error message on the website? Or is it just slow?
