How to calculate flat roof percentage for insurance?

Hi all,
I've had an offer accepted on a house, and am looking into the usual things in advance of moving. When looking for quotes for buildings/contents insurance, you need to specify what percentage of the roof is flat. Does anyone know how I would go about working this out?
I have included the listing below - I tried to include pictures below but it doesn't seem to be working. The final picture in the listing shows the flat bit of the roof.

Well, upstairs is 300 square feet on the floorplan and downstairs is 395.
So 95 of 395 is flat roof.
Roughly 25% or 24.05% to be precise.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
