Hi I hope someone can please help me.
I have a laptop that I would like to use but children kept getting on there so I changed the password but now stupidly can't remember it!! I know!
I have changed the microsoft password by using my home computer but it seems that I may of had another account on the PC as this does not work on the PC.
Anyone know how I can get round this please
