MPC and landlord making us display our address on car

Hey,
I've really struggled to find anything about this online.
So basically, recently our landlord decided to change our car park, which serves two blocks of rented flats on a cul-de-sac, and it is now under the rule of MyParkingCharge.co.uk
We now need permits to park in the car park, which after some back and forth with the landlord we got the space we've used for 4 years in front of our ground floor flat due to my being disabled and needing easier access to the car. I have a blue badge etc.
We were sent a "notice" of a charge the other day which we seem to have resolved with the landlord.
My bigger issue is that residents have been given these tax disk things to put in cars to show which car belongs to which address. They have the number and street clearly shown on the front and my issue is with privacy and data protection.
We've had the police come and warn residents several times this year alone about break ins in the area, and i think having our address shown on a car in a disabled bay with a blue badge seems like our home would an easy target.
There are two cameras in the car park one at the front and one at the back, but they do not cover the entire car park and our flat could be broken into by someone avoiding the cameras.
As i say i am disabled in a wheelchair and my partner works nights.
I'm trying to find out where we stand on our information being so public like this, not only when the car is in the carpark but when driven and parked elsewhere.
Can anyone help?

What does your lease say????
I'll repeat ...What does your lease say???
And now I'll shout it...WHAT DOES YOUR LEASE SAY???!!!!!!!
Read the lease and then you can take it from there...
Or simply put a false address down.0 -

That's a 'derogation from grant' (trying to take away or make worse with one hand, what was freely given already, on the other).
Search this forum for threads with these keywords:
