Two Claims from BW - Advice Required for Peculiar Circumstances

Hi all,
I have recently received two 'Notices of County Court Claim Issued' letters from BW Legal.I have also received a claim form from the County Court Business Centre which related to one of them, but I haven't received one for the other. The one that's missing relates to a 'Notice of County Court Claim' that I received 4 days previous to the other.
I have contacted the County Court Business centre in regards to the claim that didn't arrive explaining the situation to which I received a reply confirming that the claim exists, but they advised me on how to reply to the claim and how long I have to do it without acknolwedging that I don't have the claim form. They also stated that they are unable to resend a claim form upon my request as only one copy is produced and sent. I have asked them what their procedure is when a claim gets lost in the post etc to which I am awaiting a reply. I explained to them that it's unreasonable to expect me to respond to a claim without seeing the particulars on the form. Do you guys have any idea what else I can do about this situation? This route is proving to be very unproductive as the clock ticks down on the claim which was submitted on 13th September. In addition to this, I am also convinced I haven't received a letter before claim or a letter of claim from BW for this claim.
In regards to the other claim, I have submitted my acknowledgement of service and have been reading up on the different lines of argument for a defence using this forum. As the alleged contravention happened 4 years ago, I'm assuming my best line of argument is questioning their right to persue the keeper, stating non compliance with POFA 2012? I'm unsure of the particulars of the situation that day and I'm not even sure of the identify of the driver. Looking at the signs 4 years on will also be invalid evidence also? The car has also been scrapped since, might I add, and the claimant is Premier Parking Solutions.
Thanks for all the good work you have been doing on the forum - it has been hugely helpful.

Read and bookmark the other threads the same as yours. I know of BW Legal/PPS threads by:
earth_moon626 - they also have 2 claims, just like yours
NikiFm - she also has 2 claims, just like yours
Prinndogs
SingStar101
Justice13075
bows
Matilda13
Palec
phoenixfreespirit
Cawills2018
...who are ALL at exactly the same stage - either LBC or at court stage - with a similar old (BPA time) 2014/2015 PPS ticket, using BW Legal.
Their cases are JUST like your 2 claims.
I will not provide links, I want you all to get used to how the forum works (you will need to) and find each other's threads and bookmark them and contact each other.
I suggest you all keep reading the advice on each other's threads and maybe swap info by private message, to support each other and share info and defences, as you will likely get small claims, which are likely to be beatable (no risk of a CCJ as long as none of you ignore it).
How about asking BW Legal for a copy of the 2nd claim form they say is in play? If the court won't re-send it then the claimant can, I don't see why not, then you will have them both and can acknowledge both, and show us your defence x 2.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
