Hitting another car
Options
Hi,
I was reversing out of a parking space today and I accidentally hit a car that was parked behind me on double yellow lines.
I know that I am liable for the crash, as they were stationary after all, but will them being parked on double yellow lines and me not being able to reverse out without hitting the car have any effect on anything?
Thanks
