The POPLA appeal must show who the company was, or one of the emails to you from POPLA will have stated the parking firm's name.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Yes, certainly.

ParkingCSL cannot sue you in the county court, but the parking company can. We have statistics showing the litigiousness of every PPC, so give us their name and we can tell you what the chances are of a court case against you.

    The ticket packaging says:
    Parking Enforcement & Security Services
    pessuk . com

    Will this be the PPC?

That's the baby! Never been anywhere near a court claim, probably wouldn't know where to start, they can't even deal with a basic parking charge and have to use PCSL to handle the basics. How did you lose to this shower at POPLA?

Just ignore everything that comes your way*. They are not litigious.

    * Have to add this caveat. While they are not currently litigious, they do have up to 6 years to pursue you. It would take a brave man/woman to guarantee their behaviour between now and 2024. Come back (only) if you receive a formal Letter Before Claim/Action or real court papers.

    Sleep easy.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Personally I would complain to POPLA that the ridiculous nonsense about Starbucks invalidates the whole adjudication as it clearly shows that the appeal was not read properly.

I think I also read that the PPC didn't provide the evidence pack to the OP. If this is the case it's another reason to have the adjudication overturned.
