What does the Post Office Online Saver User ID look like?

I opened a Post Office Online Saver (issue 31) a few months ago, and now want to transfer into the new Marcus account which pays 1.5%. The laptop I stored the login details on has a seized 'power on' button, but I scribbled down the details somewhere else. Trouble is, I don't know what the format is (no.s AND characters?) or even how the User ID was transmitted to me. Can anyone help me identify what I'm supposed to be searching for, please? The help service will only send a new ID through the post, and I also need to fund BoS accounts before Saturday.

Thanks. I think we made up our own password, but can you remember if they insisted on one capital and one number?0

I don't have a password. I have a six figure pin which they supplied.0

Computer power buttons work by briefly connecting two wire wires together. If you can get inside the computer and see two wires going to the power button then momentarily touching both wires with the end of a screwdriver will start the computer. Alternatively, remove the hard drive, mount it in a caddy (readily available for a few pounds) and attach it to another computer to find your file.Reed0
