Looking for a good cheap tablet, that I can use a keyboard on.
I've read reviews on the cheap ones and they all seem to be really slow, or just good for internet browsing?
Thanks in advance.

Need to define cheap! Plus how fast do you need it?
Which? reports a few don't buy tablets and nearly all the budget ones have some sort of drawback. What will you be doing that justifies a fast tablet and what is your budget for tablet and keyboard?- only asking to put your question in context for people to provide answers
Regarding external keyboards:
I have not got experience of them but wireless (bluetooth) and usb external keyboards are advertised, some expensive (same price as cheapest tablets!) but others seem very reasonable. Such as https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-Keyboard-Samsung-Galaxy-Tablet/dp/B00S9TSN4Y/ref=sr_1_4?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1538054552&sr=1-4&refinements=p_n_feature_browse-bin%3A4895588031&th=1
. That page will allow you also to select filters for different models of tablet. There will be other suppliers.
I would suggest that you check full compatibility and maybe buy together with the tablet specifying that required compatibility of hardware and software!
Some I have seen are US keyboard so check if you want UK keyboard layout.
Hopefully someone with practical experience or more knowledge will post for you.0 -
I think that currently Amazon Fire Tablet is the best for the price - and you can use Bluetooth keyboards0
