They state the balance of 160 includes a charge of 60 for their clients initial legal costs

Which is a lie, they have incurred no "legal costs" it's just made up by scum to frighten you, the £60 added on is debt collectors bunce which no one in their right mind would pay.
  • Hello the deep,
I have not yet complained to my no. I'm not very good at complaining and wouldn't know what to write. Also would it be my local mp or the mp of the area of the alleged ticket?

    Hello the deep,

Presumably you left out the MP bit accidentally! Why not write to both and they can come at it in a two pronged attack, assuming they are not too busy with other EU-type work! About complaining, it is easy. How do you feel? Are you pleased to received parking invoices for going about your lawful business and keeping to the rules of the car park or are you somewhat dismayed? Just tell it like it is. Read some other threads where people have complained to MP's. Just use the forum search tools by searching this forum only and click on advanced with "complaint to MP" as your search term. Change the "threads" radio button to "posts"
