Chasing my refund of more than £300 after switching from One Select and its taking longer than necessary. Emails are acknowledge but they are busy with high volumes of mail!
A Phone call puts you into a que ( high volumes of calls) with long waiting times. 5 calls made to One Select cost £12.15 added to my BT phone bill. I have asked for this money back in addition to my Energy use refund.
