Outlook Office 365 stopped working

Been fine for 9 months. Nothing coming through today. Just error message


Outlook express cannot synchronize subscribed folders for...(my email address)

Error cannot connect to the server.


Any ideas how to put right? Thanks

Outlook Express hasn't been supported for years and has nothing to do with Office 365. Do you mean Outlook?

all sorted, simply a password issue. Must have changed at some point, not sure when or how!
