Holiday Transfers

I want to book a holiday with Jet 2 for June 19. The travel company i would like to go with offer free transfers from the airport to the hotel.
I'm wheelchair bound so getting onto a coach is impossible for me. They want me to pay approx £100 for a wheelchair adapted vehicle but it's not my fault i'm in a wheelchair. Because they offer free transfers for able body people shouldn't they do the same for the disabled.
Thank you for any advice given.

Not your fault, no. But not their fault either.0

We've had to pay extra for wheelchair transfers abroad before now when the coach was included otherwise. If they have to pay extra for the transport you can't really expect to get it free. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
