EDF Complaint Escalation Details?
Hi
Does anyone have the requisite details to escalate a complaint within EDF to the CEO office etc?
I’ve got an open issue unactioned since 14th August and any more emails just get the standard we busy reply.
Basically they entered someone else’s meter against my address on gas National registration back in May
Can’t even get a final bill from old supplier (npower) or enter current readings etc
Does anyone have the requisite details to escalate a complaint within EDF to the CEO office etc?

Try googling for ceo email and then enter EDF in the resulting website to get the CEO's email address0
