Car leasing - Poor Credit

Hey,

I'm looking to lease a car but i checked my credit score and its classed as poor.

I havent missed a single payment and my debts are going down. I have just registered on the electoral roll last night as experian recommended

Just wondering what the chances are of getting it and if there is any companies that lease to people with poor credit scores.

I can afford the car as my in comings are double my out goings

Anyone been in a similar situation?

maybe just save rather than taking on more debt? if you are bringing in so much it surely wont take long

Credit checking for leasing is less strict than other finance as you are only really liable or good for the depreciation of the car
  • VW finance seem to accept anyone - example: I currently have a car I am going through the rejection process for. I applied for new car finance with Audi (same finance company) as a replacement car and they accepted me. Thats £650 a month in payments - they didnt even want to know my income. I do have 4 years of regular on-time payments to them, but still, there is no way I can afford that much in payments to cars.

I am on the electoral roll too which may help.
