Alarm Issues - 9930 Keypad 9651 System

I had the electric off today for about 1 hr r so and alarm was beeping.

Once back on the Keypad now say "K01 Excess Keys" then "RESET Required" the red light is on beside spanner!!

I have only moved into house last 3 weeks not sure if it's under a maintenance contract or not the previous owner didn't say it was.

Anyone any ideas how to fix?

You’ve not mentioned you've signed a contract and previous person no longer has legal right etc so bs on that front old system if you have all the codes then follow instructions if not buy a new one or get someone in whom can flash/ re-programme it
