When was the decision made to put you into the WRAG. You do have 28 days to request the MR after the decision but with good reason it's 13 months. You do risk losing everything with the MR but mostly decisions stay the same. Can I appeal to tribunal re groups, I feel I should be in support group as opposed to work Group?
If you already asked for the MR then Tribunal is next and you need to fill out the SSCS1 form and send the MR decision with it, without this they will refuse your Tribunal request.
If it's longer than this then reporting a change of circumstances is possible but be careful doing this because you can also be found fit for work.
You need to see what descriptor will get you into the Support Group, if any. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and-support-allowance/esa-glossary/1353-support-group-descriptors
Reg 35 here.
