County Court business center
Hello,
I received a letter from BM legal on behalf of napier claiming £230 for a fine I didn't paid in 2017.
The letter is dated 19th of September 2018 and it says County Court business center.
The letter just say the day, time and where the car was parked and doesn't include any other information. I been given a username to log in to the the moneyclaim.go.uk but I'm not sure what steps should I take to defend my case.
Can someone please give me some advise how to defend myself and avoid going to court?
Thank you in advance

I haved logged in to the moneyclaim.gov.uk and used the AOS option as I intend to defend my case.
Did I do the right thing? What steps should I take next?

You are posting on the wrong board. You need the parking fines board that can be found here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163
Be sure to read the thread at the top of that board that tells Newbies to read it first. In post 2 of that thread is a guide to the court process including a pictorial walk through of how to complete the paperwork.0
