CTC and joint residency ("custody")

Question is do you think i should apply for maintenance?

If you are in receipt of Chb and the tax credits then you are free to put in a claim. HOw many nights do the children stay with him? They only look at nights at the CSA.

They stay overnight with him the same amount as me but i often do him a favour like in the school holidays i have them over night every day. Don't want to be unfair just want him to pay for things for his kids like school trips and uniform,school dinners,etc.
