Loft Hatch Cover

Have just had staircase and hall re-skimmed but didn't do anything about my small 60 x 40 cm loft entrance.
It is really old looking and doesn't look any better when painted.
It is big enough to get into when needed but other than that is not used so I don't need access very often just cosmetically smattering up.
It would be great if I could find something like a moulded hatch cover that would fit over the whole thing and attach to the ceiling.
Does anyone know if such a cover exists?
