My Miele washing machine has broken. It still takes water and performs a wash but no longer heats water, the dryer blower has also stopped working too, plus the power indicator on the on button no longer illuminates - all this happened at the same time.
Although it is 20+ years old, i do not want to get a new one unless I really have to. Anyone know this model?
yes, I have searched google for manuals and parts, and I can find heater elements, but not blower motors, so am aware the age limitation if the machine, and I do not want to spend £125 on a Miele Engineer for someone to tell me that there is no part as it is too old. Still, too much gone wrong at once.

What about a local engineer, he doesn't have to be Miele.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Yes, I could do. Thanks. This model 22 or so years ago cost £1600, was never popular. Lovely machine, well built too.EssexExile wrote: »What about a local engineer, he doesn't have to be Miele.
It would not surprise me it there was a hidden overload switch somewhere. Was hoping to get a wiring diagram and have a go myself
