Cat Bump on nose - HELP

Hi
My 1.5 year old cat (half Bengal/half tabby) has a small lump/bump on her nose. Noticed this a few days ago but could have been there a couple of weeks and not sure how it got there. Cat is indoor so doesn't get up too anything crazy. I just wondered if anyone had seen this with their cats?
She is eating fine, going the toilet fine, still playing, and doesn't seem to be in any pain when we touch it. Vet said everything seems ok and given her age likely it isn't anything serious however said if we want comfort we can do a CT scan which will be around £1k. Insurance wont cover us for this (our fault for not getting a decent cover) and if needs be then we get the scan done but any advice/recent experience on this would be much appreciated as we are worried in case it would be the worse (cancer).

Personally, I'd wait for a few weeks and see what happens with it before spending £1k on a test that may not even give you any answers, especially as she doesn't seem to notice it's there.0
