Hi,
So I recently bought tickets for a club night at my local nightclub through a website called Eventim. I bought these tickets for £8, then an hour before the event starts they say that there has been a leak & therefore the main dancefloor is closed leaving only the bar & surrounding area open. Furthermore, they're now selling tickets for £3 online because of this. I don't go to the event due to the flooding. The next day I contact the club to arrange a refund but they're being very difficult about it.
What are my rights to a refund in this case?
The T&Cs of the event seller only say that its the venue's responsibility to refund & the may do if there's 'material change' but the venue has no T&Cs of its own. Is this legal?
