Wrong address link mystery

Hi
I have recently applied for a mortgage with my partner, everything has been approved by the lender apart from one outstanding issue - there is a link to my old address somewhere in my credit report from September 2013.
I didn't live at that address until January 2015 and when i have checked my credit scores through various credit check agencies I cannot find this information to change it.
The electoral roll on my credit file is correct and doesn't state I lived there on that date. I have also sent a tenancy agreement to the lender stating the dates I lived at that address.
I have also called experian who weren't much help and said they were unable to find the source of the address link.
Not sure where to go from here, any advice would be helpful
Thank you

Then they should correct it and you should request them to do so. If the origin / validity of the data cannot be established they have little justification for this remaining once you have advised them that it is incorrect.0
