i paid £600 loan to value fee insurance when i first took out an endowment mortgage in 1989, in 1999 i changed mortgage company, and had to pay another £600 ltv fee, should this fee had been transferable?in 2003 it was decided that the endowment was missold, consequently the mortgage transfered to a repayment, which would have meant i would have been below the 75% threshold for ltv in 1999, will i be able to claim a refund
